I have experience working with adolescents and adults and welcome enquiries from people of any gender, ethnicity, or background. The therapeutic model I practice is predominantly Person-Centred, although I also use CBT techniques as and when needed.
Positive, proactive approaches can bring refreshing insights and solutions which make situations a whole lot easier. It really is possible to achieve some big shifts and really turn a life around.
My intention behind creating the PH7 Wellbeing Centre was to bring together different forms of therapy to work with people to implement positive and productive changes that last.
