Connecting with how I feel both physically and mentally took me many years to master, and although I was fortunate to begin this journey early on in my life it fascinates me that there has been such a shift in how I am today compared to the personal I was 5 years ago. Yoga helped me take control of my physical and mental well being and still helps me everyday which is what drove me to complete my teacher training so I can help others either on their journey too.
Connecting mind, body and breath is so powerful and I try to teach not only the physical benefits and the asanas (poses) in my classes but also what it means to calm down the mind and body so you can implement this into your everyday life.
