After a 1.5hr talk with management and staff to understand your business, we plan our quarterly workshops to focus on topics that most benefit staff. Topics include depression, financial wellbeing, coping with loss, stress, nutrition and more.
Support Available 24/7
A partnership with PH7 Health means you have access to 24hr support. We are a point of contact for staff and available by telephone, skype and appointments at the centre. We also send out monthly informative newsletters to keep in touch.
Occupational Health Assessments
Prevent and reduce work-related injuries with our Health Assessements. Determine if an employee is well suited to a particular role. For example, roles that involve physical abilities like heavy lifting will require a health check.
A bespoke HR package that works for you and your staff. We provide an outsourced HR service to help you save time and worry less. A way to support your current HR department through times of growth, or small companies who aren’t yet needing HR in-house.
2-Day Mental Health Awareness Training
Written and delivered by accredited therapists, our course gives those trained the ability to recognise and confidently offer support to those struggling. We recommend training 1 in every 10 staff. For 1 in 20+ staff we also offer a Level 2 Counselling Skills qualification.
