Project Coordinator

THE PERSON

This project coordinator should ideally have some understanding of mental health and the services, but not entirely necessary. A passion for mental health and standards of care is far more important.

 The fit of the person is more important than qualifications. Drive and passion are two key elements of this role. The person must be dedicated, forward thinking and always ready to solve a problem with a solution. If the solution isn’t available, we’d like this person to found one. Our center operates a ‘Always say yes’ policy, and that attitude needs to follow through to the individual of characteristic for the person that takes this role.

You would be dealing with clients, who are in difficult periods of life on a daily basis. The attitude of person handling the clients is caring, compassionate, understanding, accepting but robust and problem solving. A strong passion to help, and deliver a quality of care is essential.

 They must be open and accepting of individual opinions about mental health and non-judgmental. A safe and trusted person that people can turn to at a time of need.

They must have an autonomous nature and be prepared to work flexibility with regards to hours, tasks and attitudes. 

The ‘project coordinator’ must have a mature, proactive attitude and a wealth of experience in either administration, mental health, business management or business development. They must be approachable, easy going, friendly and passionate about the work we do. As a fast paced and highly diverse business, flexibility and ‘thinking outside of the box’ is a must.

THE ROLE

Responsible for responding, managing, tracking and statistical reporting of incoming and outgoing enquiries relating to the wellbeing centre. Mainly, but not limited to counselling, and training.

·         Co-ordinate referrals, patients, therapists and timetables.

·         Ensure accurate and efficient records are kept across the project

 ·       General business administration management and tasks: specific former use of Zoho and / or CRM systems

·       Not an essential requirement, but understanding of counselling services and / or IAPT services.  

·         A main point of contact for all the project with regards to therapy liaison.

·          Communicating center policies and procedures to all  therapists      

·         Maintaining center policies and procedures and adapt where necessary over time. Policies must be constantly reviewed and improved. (Inc. due diligence on therapists that use the center)

·         General admin relating to wellbeing center such as invoices, reporting and preparation of reports.

·         Exceptional diary management for the project.

·         Help to promote and support the brand ethos and actively speak out about the PH7 services and center.

·       Statistically report activities on the project to Group Operations Manager and the CEO.

·         Be highly autonomous – the ability to be given any task and deliver exceptional standards

·         Deal with highly sensitive telephone inquiries, track and report on them.

·         Be flexible, adaptable and highly proactive.

·         Help to promote and support the brand ethos and actively speak out about the PH7 services and center.
