A sports massage is a targeted therapeutic treatment for the unique physical and biomechanical needs of those who put their body through the regular strains of physical exercise and athletics.
This type of massage specifically targets muscle release and will help improve your flexibility, reduce pain and increase the range of motion. A sports massage is intense and can be uncomfortable because of the pressure used, but it should not be painful! We recommend booking in to see us 48 hours after a big sports event for a recovery-focused sports massage – to aid the body’s natural healing.

Indian Head Massage
It is a wonderfully relaxing therapy that is safe and very effective at relieving aches, pains, stress and rebalancing energy flow to provide a deep sense of peace, calm and tranquillity. Benefits include; Increased blood circulation, improved concentration, easing of muscle stiffness, eye strain and tension headache relief and improved sleep quality.

Swedish Massage is the most common type of massage therapy. The primary goal with a Swedish massage is to relax your entire body, this is accomplished with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to your heart to improve your circulation, and kneading or tapping to soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.
Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
AYM benefits include: harmonizes the flow of vital energy (Prana) and induces a deep stillness and opening, releases tension in the muscles, increases the range of movement, flexibility, and improves posture. AYM also provides relief and promotes recovery from mental stress and physical tension, sleep-related problems, respiratory problems, pain in the limbs (such as RSIs) and all forms of back, neck and shoulder pain.

An aromatherapy massage is similar to a Swedish Massage with the addition of essential oils. During the massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They promote beneficial changes to your mood, alleviate pain, detoxify your body, and ramp up your immune system, depending on the oil used.
