Yoga and Health Classes at PH7 Wellbeing Centre
At PH7 we offer evening, lunchtime, pregnancy, mum and baby, and one to one classes with our fully qualified Panacea Project practitioner Lily Myers.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. It helps you with mindfulness and reconnecting with self to find your own answers within.
Suffering from stress or mental disharmony? The Panacea Project was created specifically for you. During a class with Lily, your yoga practice will become a powerful tool on the journey to recovery or a simple strategy to maintain balance within. Once learned, you can implement this simple method any time, anywhere.
I take great pride in helping people. I offer Yoga classes as a fully qualified Panacea Project practitioner, I teach yoga, pregnancy yoga and I’m pleased to now offer private one to one sessions.
Halima is a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist helping people of all abilities to get motivated and reach their fitness goals.
